I’m Antonio. I write code, run my own apps, and make hard technical decisions for a living. Staff Engineer, self-taught, no CS degree.
Most of what I read online started to run together. Same takes, same phrasing, no one behind it. I wanted the opposite: something specific, in progress, with a person behind it. So here it is.
I write about doing the work at this level. How to think about AI: what to chase, what to skip, and how it shapes our technical decision making. How craft and career pull on each other.
No course, no blueprint. Just what I’m working through, written down while it’s still useful.
